The story
Four origins, blown together from three continents. Brazil lays down a soft, nutty base. Colombia adds body and sweetness. Guatemala's volcanic highlands bring cocoa depth, and a splash of Ethiopian coffee, from the birthplace of the plant itself, lifts everything with a bright citrus edge. The result tastes like toffee with a twist of orange peel.
Coffee's wild ancestor still grows in the forests of southwestern Ethiopia.
