4 mugs · 6 minutesYou need
- 60 g coffee, ground coarse
- 900 g water just off the boil
- A large (about 1 litre) French press
- Cinnamon syrup and milk on the side
Make it
- Add the coffee, then all 900 g of water. Stir gently.
- Steep for 4 minutes with the lid on.
- Stir the crust, skim the foam, then press slowly.
- Pour it all out right away so it doesn't over-steep. Set out syrup and milk.
