- 130 g ice in the server
- A cone dripper and filter
Make it
- Put 130 g of ice in the server under the dripper.
- Bloom with 45 g of hot water for 40 seconds.
- Pour to 220 g in slow circles, finishing around 1:45.
- Swirl until the ice melts in, pour over fresh ice and log the result.
